Every student is a person first. By listening to each individual's unique perspective, I can customize curriculum to fit their needs. 
I love to teach what I love to do; I teach students of all ages computer science, visual and performing arts.
I believe in teaching life skills in every subject. Alongside arts and science, we practice self-respect, empathy, resiliency and more.

Sara customizes her curriculum for my sons' interests to fully engage them in their coding education. The end result is genuine pride and a sense of ownership over their creations and their abilities. Sara teaches both my sons simultaneously and manages to keep them both engaged and learning together, even with their different ages and interests.

Sara is a genius coding teacher!  She makes coding engaging, fun and creative.  She tailors each session while setting challenges. Before Sara our daughter was hacking all our parental controls and wreaking havoc on all our devices.  Now she looks forward to coding class every week and codes her own games instead.  Our daughter loves it so much she has been teaching all her friends to code in Scratch on their zoom play dates... thank you Sara!!!

Sara has a natural ability to take complicated concepts and break them down into simple, manageable components. When she teaches, she is clear, confident, and engaging.
